ATB Group is a conglomerate of companies with real estate projects in the high-end residential market. Many projects, rapid growth and a young team. The atmosphere was exciting!
We started with several ideation sessions with the board in order to comprehend the capillarity of the group of companies and projects. It was essential to understand the entire landscape and business fundamentals. We took all this information to the lab, put on the DaVinci glasses and returned a couple of weeks later, with a program to shape the strategy and corporate identity. In other words, to work both, strategic planning and the team in charge of its execution.
Several LEGO Serious Play workshops were conducted with middle and top management. As a consensus tool to drive big changes, LSP is an effective and fun way to start building. From this point forward, we are talking about building in with real bricks!
A detailed plan was prepared for each division of the business, which included, among other things, the redefinition of processes and IT investment, eliminating unproductive business units, and performing vertical and horizontal integrations to diversify the Group’s revenue stream. Likewise, it would be necessary to work on change management to unleash the skills of the team and bring new talent on board. Craion accompanied this entire innovation process as a board member. Or as we like to say: sitting with the crew, seat belt on.
