VILLA ENCANTADA
Ineveca is a real estate company with projects in Venezuela and the US. This project led us to a complete due diligence for putting together all the blocks needed to develop a 107.639 square foot land in the city of Barinas. There was fine work to be done, as this implied to assemble a project team to rapidly work the financials, architectural, and investment plan.
What we did.
Once all environmental and legal compliances were met, our friends from Goma Studio took control on the architecture. All the engineering and construction details were put into place, and final project scope came up as: Villa Encantada. An innovative Real Estate development, targeting young middle income families.
Tight time-table demanded to work agile in all areas of the project. We loaded our coffee machine with intense roasted capsules and put down to work. By the third month, Ineveca was able to present a complete project to investment banks and first round investors. From an empty piece of land to a fully liveable Villa; this project was particularly interesting for the Lab.
