Rodolfo
Rodolfo has more than 13 years of work experience in industries such as: Telecom, Real Estate, Retail, Marketing and lately focused on Digital Transformation.
A nomad with a business education and work across Latam, Asia, North America and Europe. Living in Vancouver, Shanghai, Los Angeles, and currently based in Madrid.
Design Thinker and certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, he is constantly training his communication skills to be more visual, curious and hands-on. He is used to dealing with C-suites’ goals, assumptions and facts.
He is fluent in Spanish and English, and elementary Mandarin spoken.

Javier
Javier is widely experienced in engineering operations, more than a decade working for multi-nationals across Venezuela, Mexico and West Africa, with business education across Asia, U.S. and Spain.
Skilled in project management for the Oil&Gas industry he has been involved in operations and large scale projects with financial pains and gains.
Agile methodologist, “doer” and passionate traveler. He always sparks ideas with logical thinking bringing airy thoughts down to the ground. Great sense of humor, always gets everyone smiles.
Fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and basic Catalan.
Art Director
Anita
Anita is a natural creative designer, gifted with a painter hand who has worked alongside many design studios in Barcelona and Latam. A natural visual creator, an image lover and a very curious person.
She has been involved in visual identity projects, exhibition and editorial design, social media management and art direction for video content, and currently focused on communication design strategy.
In her free time, she might be working on her illustration book.
She is fluent in Spanish, English and Catalan.
Product Designer
Roger
Roger believes in data-based design and use research techniques and rapid prototyping for the conception of feasible, coherent and disruptive design solutions that meet the needs of brands, consumers and manufacturing processes.
Based in Barcelona, he is an active writer and collaborator at specialised magazines on Industrial Design and creativity platforms.
Passionate about Design, IOT, technology and programming.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
